This site is divided into a “public” area and a “members” area. This allows us to limit access of the spammers to the membership list and email addresses.
Our host, Olm.net, gives us the ability to filter email that passes through our site. I update the filter as I receive unsolicited email. I’ve added alias’s for the officer group that point to their home addresses. That way we can publish president@niagarapca.com and flatout@niagarapca.com in the public area, and limit their exposure to the spammers. Membership is chadc@niagarapca.com, breakfast run inquiries can go to robd@niagarapca.com technical issues can go to dand@niagarapca.com

Members again have the ability to use the "mail to all" button. Just follow the E-MAIL MESSENGER link above. The mail list is protected by the members password, so spammers should have a tough time getting to it. You can post an event on the calendar, and then announce it to the 170 members listed in our email list. Be sure to limit your messages to important info, and please be brief. We don't want to end up spamming ourselves.

You also have the ability to add or remove yourself from the list. Just follow the E-MAIL LIST SUBSCRIPTION MANAGER link above. It's a simple way to change your email address too.
